I enjoyed working with Philip Staton, he was always able to take our calls. There was a few things that he performed for us that I don't think just any Realtor would do. We had gone through two other Realtors to try to sell our house but were unsuccessful. Philip was able to "Get Er Done". I would recommend Philip to anyone to sell your house. He goes the extra mile to succeed.
